La
Geyrie is a small hamlet about 10 Km from the town of Verteillac, in the Dodogne region of
south west France. Just four families live in the hamlet, and the road is
very quiet as there is no through traffic.
We have a 28 hectare mixed farm. Our farming activities include a herd of 70 dairy goats. The buildings are part of a 15th century priory, and are surrounded by woods and grassland. There are two gîtes on the farm, both adjacent to the farm house. There is plenty of garden space in which to relax. Garden furniture and parasols are supplied. Barbecue facilities are available. Families with children always enjoy their visit because of the location and the farm activities going on around them.
